How to extend a guest network
I am trying to extend a guest network. I am finding that the N300 is only extending the regular network and not the guest network. Any ideas on how I can extend the guest network too?

You would need to factory reset the extender and set it up to extend the guest network but not both networks.

You need to locate the reset hole at the side of it, use paper clip and hold it for 15-30 seconds and attempt the setup again. When you set it up, please extend only the main network or the guest network. Follow either one of the below instructions for setup.
