How to login to my range extender?

I purchased the&nbsp;AC1200 - EX6120. It does not seem to work despite all its light are green. I stil receive the same number of bars on my iPhone and occasionaly the signal would drop. So, how do I verify that my range extender is working? How do I log into the extnder?&nbsp;

I also need answer for this after i bought the range extender. Now i cant login into it.
