How to upload new firmware

Question

How do you upload the Firmware update for WN3000RPv3 range extender. I have no experience of uploadingn firmware or other files for updates.&nbsp; It states in the Netgear directions to loacate the file and then click the UPLOAD button...but how do I find the button?
I do have the extender connected to my computer via an ethernet cable ready for the upload.
