i have a ac750 model ex3110 install fine but now "device" light isnt on and i cant use the install

i have a ac750 model ex3110 install fine but now "device" light isnt on and i cant use the install wizard because i connect to the netgear ext and it wont let me go to the mywifi page can someone help me ?.

    Have you tried simply factory resetting it and reinstalling it? (to reset, push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on)

    I'd recommend installing it using the installation assistant and not wps.
