I have a smart samsung tv but fails to connect to the wireless network ex2700

I have a samsung tv but fails to connect to the wireless network ex2700, other devices like tablets and smartphones recognize very well the extender, but TV no, somebody know why?

    Just a guess, but if it's an older TV, it may not support WPA2 security.  You may need to adjust the security settings on your EX2700 to use either WPA+WPA2 or just plain WPA.  Either should work.

    The message was "Not found internet web".
    But, the day after it connect correctly.
