Incorrect wifi password - but it's not! EX2700

Hi. I'm trying to connect to the wifi extender. We have a Techicolor router. All seems to connect fine via WOS button. I can find the ..._EXT on my wireless network but it will not accept the same password that we use for the Technicolor router (and I've tried a dozen times). Any ideas?

      Are you using an Access List on the Base router for MAC addresses?

      If you are, add the extended MAC address  to the base router, for the device when it's on the Extender, That should work..
