iphone 5s, ipad Air, wont connect to EX6200 WIFI range extender!

My iphone 5s, ipad Air, wont connect to EX6200 WIFI range extender. My My windows 10 laptop connects, but when I try to access the same SSID with my apple iphone 5s, ipad Air, it just hangs and waits for an extended period without a failure message and no connection. Anyone have any suggestions that may solve this issue? Thank in advance, REL.

      The EX6200 is a POS.  EVERY time I try to reconnect my Iphone, it sits and spins.  The only way is to delete the network and start over.

       

      Their products, and their support, are horrible.

       

      I wish I never bought this.
