iphone and ipad can not get connectoin with ac1200

Hardware Version: EX6120 Firmware Version: V1.0.0.42_1.0.27 I have trouble in connecting my iphone (ios 12.1) and ipad  but my mac bookpro has no problem to connect it what ever 5G or 2.4G. ...

I removed the device’s from conservation ip pool.

    Thank you for your quick reply. How do I remove the device from the pool? (I'm afraid, my IT knowledge is not advanced enough).
