Is EX6150 a real mesh extender?
Hello everyone,
I would like to buy a wifi extender and just did some research. From my knowledge the EX6150 is just a normal wifi extener which can be used as an extender or AP. However when I check netgear website, it says it's a wifi mesh extender. It really confuse me. Can this one connect to the router via wifi and send wifi signal by the same SSID? And the device can switch the best available wifi signal?
Thank you for your comments

Yes it can.
Just make sure you get Version 2. Version 2 supports the mesh operation. If its advertised as mesh, it should be version 2.
The version 1 doesn't support mesh.
