Lack of Netgear Support
This is probably the wrong forum for this problem but I cannot find an appropriate forum.
I need support from Netgear concerning network printing using a EX6200 range entender from Linux.
In Support Live Chat seems not to work. There is no facility for sending an email to Netgear.
All I am left with is to send a letter by Snail Mail to the head office in Sydney .
There should be a better way for users to get support when needed

Yesterday when I tried to send an email, I clicked the email tab and it was completely blank. Today I can see where to enter the country and so on. My questions have ben answered now anyway.

Please visit http://support.netgear.com/general/contact/default.aspx#tab-call
and select Australia to display Support contact options.
Please also note that the ReadySHARE for EX6200 does not officially support Linux.Let us know if you need further assistance.
