latest Apple IOS 9.3.4 not working with WN3000RP wifi extender

I have a family of Apple devices. I've upgraded my Iphone SE to 9.3.4 and it won't connect to the netgear extender. Other devices with lower IOS work.

The Netgear "my wizard" shows the Iphone's mac address but not the IP address. The other devices show both parameters

I've upgrade the extender firmware to 1.0.2.64_1.1.86

    Have you tried to tell the Iphone to forget the network and try to connect agian?

      I updated my ipad to 9.3.4 and it worked so it wasn't the ios causing the problem.

      on the iphone

      in settings\general\reset\

      clicked on reset network settings

      this did the trick
