Moved to new home nighthawk X6S

I have moved from the original place I set the unit up at, at my new place it will not connect to new router. I tried the trouble shooting and it stil says cant locate the new router.

    Which router are you using? 

    What modem/gateway are you connecting it to? 

    Did you factory reset the router and then follow the install guide? 

    It can be found at netgear.com/support/    go there and type in the model number and it'll take you to the support site.
