my EX 7000 range extender keeps losing the signal to my devices.

I thought it was broken so I bought a new one. it does the same thing. Very frustrating as I need my signal extended to my business shop.

please Help

    Have you tried to adjust the wireless channel on your main router?

  • I have the same problem, but it's between the extender and my laptop or sometimes my iPhone. I know this because not all of my devices loose their connection to the internet, only one at a time. The only way to fix it is to reset the extender and this happens two or three times a week. Changing my base router channel won't fix this.
