My WIFI Extender ID has disappeared from my network list
After working fine for several weeks, the Extender network for the WiFi extender no longer appears on any of my devices. When I unplug and plug the xtender back to power, the green power and WPS lights come on. But nothing else. Should I reset to factory settings and start over again?

Yes try to factory reset and if you are still not getting anything I would then contact Netgear support if you are still under warranty.
