N300 extender model WN3000RPv3. Not allowing Internet access?

Hello everyone,
I hope someone can help me out with my little dilemma. I bought the extender to be able to connect to a public WiFi that is at work. It was working fine and then suddenly won't allow a connection.

When I'm NOT in the back room I am able to connect to the WiFi, and to complete the connection I need to open my phones browser to a connection page and tap on "connect to Internet".

Now when I use the extender I get a message saying "your device is connected but this network may not provide Internet access. Tap OK to stay connected".

So, I'm connected but no Internet access. It's driving me crazy because It was working. I seemed to start having this problem after daylight savings, but I can still connect directly to the WiFi so I don't think it's a date/time issue? I really don't know. I'm learning as I go.

Can someone help?

Thank for taking a look.

    Hello Exess1000

The network login didnt change did it? Like did they add a step like connecting to a page and hitting accept like at a hotel? If not try to factory reset the extender and set it up again.

  • Hey Darren,
There aren't any changes that I know of. It is already setup with a page that you have to go to and accept. I've factory reset the extender 3 times.

    Thanks,
