N300 Model 2700 need to set up in new location abroad but can't remember password

Hello,

I had my N300 / 2700 set up at home and it was working fine.  Now I'm in Crete and even though I've reset the device it keeps the SSID I gave it and I can't login to set it up because I can't remember my email address and password that seem to be necessary.  I'm pretty sure about my email address but can't find my password, so always failing at 'www.mywifiext.net'.

Any suggestions?  Thanks!
