N300 Model EX2700 - dead ?

I bought 2 x extenders yesterday. one works like a champ, the other one not so much.

I couldnt connect to MYHOMEROUTER_EXT this morning, so i moved it back to area where my Netgear Router is located and plugged it in.. Suprisingly, i couldnt even see it on my network list.. so i inserved a pin into the factory reset button for 5 seconds, and still nothing, so i took a closer look at the lights on the unit. only the WPS light was lit up, power and all others were off.. pressed the power button and all off, back on and only WPS light on... cant get the power button to come on and nothing appears on the network list.

Where to from here ?
