N900 Wireless USB Adapter

Question

When building my PC at my friends house we used his netgear wireless USB adapter. Now that I'm at my house with my own internet different provider and all. The Pop up doesn't go away. It says "Insert the wireless USB adapter into a USB port on your computer." How do I get rid of this?
