Netgear 6100 - failure to login using Genie
Have PC direct connected to Netgear 6100. Genie is started and sees the extender. Will not allow login.
Turn password off via mywifiext.net connection. Still won't allow login.
Cannot fix settings to allow for printer passthru without full login.

I would try to factory reset the 6100 and set it up again and then see if it will allow you you to log in.
