NETGEAR AC WiFi Range Extender Model EX6200.

In addition to the Range Extender, I have ATT U-verse service. Every seven (7) minutes my TV will freeze-up. It doesn't matter what I'm watching, it will happen. It comes back on in about one (1) minute, but the program had advanced while the signal froze. While it is frozen it displays a message the the U-verse service had been lost and gives five (5) suggestions to correct. I have had ATT out several times and they have checked or replaced almost every part on equipment in the system. The last vist seemed to solve the problem. Everything was working fine when they left. The Range Extender had been taken out of service while all their work was going on. A new ATT Router was installed so a new address and password had to be applied to all WiFi gear. After reestablishing the Range Extender, the problem began again. My thought now is that it may be contributing to the problem. QUESTION: Does anyone know if the Range Extender is putting out a signal every seven (7) minutes that would interfeer with the U-verse TV signal? If so, is there a way to correct or work-around my problem? Thanks for your help.

    Hello Sly41

You could try to change the wireless channel that the extender is using.
