Netgear EAX20 AX1800 Mesh Extender stuck at "Trouble Connecting to Network" message

I'm stuck here

 

I'm just stuck on this screen. No information about what to do beside Try Again. Restarted this several times and nothing still. Then if I click out of the app, I'm not able to reconnect to the extender. It seems like it does get set up but how do I get it to connect with the network? What's the point of the app if it's not useful?

    Did you set it up using the push button WPS option? 

    If so, factory reset the extender  and set it up using the installation assistant.

    To factory reset, push and hold the reset button for 7-15 seconds while powered on.
