Same issue as above. Worked for about 2 weeks then stopped. Have tried everything previous poster tried including factory reset. Can connect to router with any device, but they all say "No internet connection". Will you publish the response that was emailed to the previous poster?

I am having the same problem. It worked fine and it just stopped working. That is, I can no longer connect to my wifi Tuna_EXT. It has worked fine for a year. See attached screengrab.

Actually your symptom sounds a bit different. Others on this thread can connect to the extender network, but are having trouble reaching the internet or their router. You aren't able to connect to the extender network.
Did you try restarting the extender? You could also try resetting the extender, and then setting it up again.
