Netgear EX7000-100PES Nighthawk .....not able to setup!

Well I used this cable on the other AP which worked fine. Tomorrow I got another Router for testing if the netgear works on him.....I also got a second netgear here but its still in original packing....if I dont get the First to work booth go back to amazone instant! Thy anyway for your time so far :)
Is the other AP connecting at 1 Gbps with the same cable? 100 Mbps Ethernet only uses 2 out of the 4 pairs of wires in the cable. Gigabit Ethernet uses all 4 pairs. If even one wire is bad in the cable, Gigabit Ethernet will not be possible.
