Netgear Extender - Xfinity Hack

When I connect to the Netgear Extender either on phone or computer, the Log In Screen pops up quickly and then immediately pops over to wifilogin.xfinity.com start.php

 

 

How can I fix?

Who can I report them to?

    are you saying when you connect to the internet this happens or when you are trying to access the extenders settings?
