Netgear extender EX6100 connection problems
Following installation of a new modem have been unable to get a connection between my devices and the EX6100 extender. All lights on the extender are solid green except for the Client Link where there is no light. Have tried depressing WPS button on extender and modem but no extender setting is coming up in Wireless settings on my devices. Unable to connect to the www. mywifiext.net site. Have done a factory reset on extender to see if that helped, but it didn't. I don't have an Ethernet cable at this residence and note I didn't need to connect the extender that way when connected to the old modem.
In summary all lights on the Extender are solid green save for the Client Link.
Hope someone can help.
PS I tried ringing the Netgear help line but hung up after waiting for 40 minutes- ringing from Australia.

When doing the factory reset did you make sure you held the button for at least 10 seconds?
