Netgear Genie not detecting WiFi

Netgear Genie not detecting WiFi. Hence not able to use it. Not sure how to trouble shoot it.   In my Router config, SSID is enabled.

1. What is the firmware version of the extender?

2. Can the extender detect other wireless networks (neighbors)?

3. Have you tried changing the wireless channel of the router?

4. Have you tried using another device for the setup?
