Netgear M6 Pro MR6550 cannot connect to Verizon network

Now on my 2nd MR6550 and it has the same problems as the first: "Error type 2 reason 211."  Many calls to Netgear support have not solved it. Called Verizon and they provided some kind of update from their end and it worked great for a day, now it's back to the error code and no Internet connection. I did not see any Netgear support docs or community posts covering this. Has anyone encountered the same problem? Any solutions? Thanks in advance.
