NetGear WiFi Range Extender. No puedo conectarlo.

Al conectarlo se activa el LED del "Router" pero no el del "Device" y crea una red con nombre distinto al de mi red doméstica (es un  nombre que toma como base el del Router que tengo) y además no me...

He olvidado indicar el modelo. Es el AC 750 Wifi Range extender.

    AC750 is the speed of the extender, not the model.  Netgear sells several AC750 models.  The model number starts with EX.

      I am sorry. The model is EX 3700

        It sounds like you configured the EX3700 using the WPS setup method, and that isn't quite working (giving you the wrong wifi password).

         

        So try resetting the extender (page 37 of the manual), and this time don't press WPS.  Instead use the set up procedure on page 11 of the manual (Connect with Web Browser Setup).
