NETGEAR WN2000RPT Universal WiFi Range Extender Flashing Green Status Light

Hi, I'm having some problems with my WN2000RPT Universal WiFi Range Extender. I am setting up my other computer in a new location now, which is in my bedroom approximately 30 feet from my Windstream Modem which I have had problems with in the past like bad internet, but that's just because Windstream's service is trash sometimes. My internet speed is usually about 12-13mbps but in my bedroom when I connected a USB wireless enabler to my PC, the internet speed was only about 2-3 mbps because it is close to too far away from the modem. So, I said I'd get my handy dandy WiFi range extender here and try to set it up, because I used it before and it has worked well in the past for me. Well, the only light that comes on on the entire thing is the status light, and it's flashing green. I checked the entire user manual both online and in real life, as well as the setup manual, and neither of them mention this problem. They mention an amber status light, but mine is not amber, it's green. And it's blinking. I've looked on different forums and seen people who have had the same question but apparently netgear support is not that good which I also have experienced firsthand. I have tried holding down the factory reset button with a paper clip for increments of 10, 20, 30 seconds, and up to 2 minutes. I've tried turning it off and back on again, and I've tried unplugging and replugging the wires in. Nothing worked, and nothing also happens when I am holding the factory reset button down. Help appreciated!

Using Google Chrome on Windows 10, not that it matters because I can't connect to the internet on that computer currently anyways though :smileytongue:

Thank you!
