Netgear WN2500 RP won't reconnect

Moved to a new place and before had no issues with the extender. Confirmed that software is up to date. When trying to plug it in to connect to the new router, all I get is an orange blinking light. I can't get it to change to green or connect to it anymore even with multiple attempts at factory resetting and moving to different plug in's around the house. Advice?

    1. Which light is blinking orange?

    2. How were you able to confirm the firmware version? Are you still able to access the device UI?
