We've had this extender for almost 2 years and it's been fine. I'm sure I set the password up to match the WiFi network we were trying to extend. Now I have changed providers so there is a new network...

Please factory reset the extender by pressing the small black button with a pin for 10+ seonds on the bottom of the extender. After doing so, use a device to connect to the wireless network named "NETGEAR_EXT" and browse to www.mywifiext.net. Log into the extender's admin page using the default credentials below and follow the setup instructions.
