New Extender setup fail

Hi there,    I have set up the AC1200 within my house.  I can connect to it via my printer and Iphone however when i access internet - the "Set new extender" box pops up. It asks for email, passwo...

No, only safari - I'll give firefox a go...

no luck with trying firefox.  Same issue.

    Hello karlabear

     

    I would suggest to factory reset the unit by holding the reset button for 10 seconds then try to setup the extender again.
