Nighhawk x4 AC2200 Wifi Range Extender
So tNighhawk X4 AC2200 WiFi Range Extender stopped working abouta year ago for no apparent reason and we seemed to manage without it. Now we can't and it refuses to work. We've tried going on line and using the name and password that we recorded to re-activate it. This is met with refusal; password not valid!. There's no support and no way that we can find how to re-activiate this. So, within about 2 years of buying it, it's useless. Out default option is to chuck this in the trash and find another (God forbid, not Netgear!) product. Does anyone have any better suggestions please??!!

We'd need a little more details.
What are the led's on it doing? (color, blinking, solid, etc)
What router are you connecting it to?
are you setting it up using wps or using the installation assistant?
Did you try a factory reset? (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its fully powered on)
What firmware version is on it?
