nighthawk ex7500 help
I have done everything that i can think of to start using this extender.
One I can't get on mywifiext net
Two I have tried everything to do this using my HP all in one that is connected by wifi
Three I am wondering since my wifi comes through a modem ARRIS connected to a cable, could this be my problem?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Saying you've done everything doesn't tell us what you've tried.What have you tried?
1. what router are you trying to connect to?
2. What firmware is on the extender?
3. Have you tried using the installation wizard and not wps?
4. have you tried hardwiring your desktop or a laptop to the extender for setup? it tends to make things go smoother. if you do, just make sure to shut off the wifi on the device you're hardwiring into the extender.

Yes but was to confusing for me. I am definitely not a pro at this. i am a 68 year old who started on computers and not intimidated usually but this has me baffled.i do appreciate your help.

Did you try the wps install method? I usually recommend using the manual install guide but maybe the wps would work.
