Nighthawk EX7500

Hi

Im trying to connect the extender to my BT hub 

It connects through 2.4Ghz but not through 5Ghz

The BT hub only offers channels 36, 40, 44 & 48 at 5GHz

How do I force the extender to connect through one of these channels and not the default channel 100?

    Which bt hub do you have? 

    Are you installing using the installation assistant or using WPS? 
    i'd try factory resetting (push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on) and then install using the installation assistant. 

    That allows you to select the network when setting up 5ghz.
