I'm hving the same issue as well with an apple airport extreme and also when Ex7500 is connected to a nighthawk X10. I have downgraded my EX7500 to EX7500-V1.0.0.36_1.0.53 this morning and checking if the issue persists.

All,
The firmware downgrade didn't resolve the issue. I solved the issue by disabling AUTO channel selection in 2.4GHz. I have set to a specific channel and since then, not problems (it has been 2 days so far). If the status, change, I will let you know.

I have never used "auto" channel selection for the 2.4 and still using the current firmware for the R9000 X10 Nighthawk Router. I simply removed the EX7500 Range Extender from my network and everything is now running fine. Good Luck!
