No Internet Access

Hello.  My Wifi6 AX 1600 range extender says it is connected to my router, but I get a message in the app saying "no internet access".  I can run a speed test through the the app, so I am assuming the range extender is connected to my DLink router, but my wifi constantly crashes, I only have the green power button showing on the extender, and I cannot figure out a way to connect the extender to internet access.  My devices are all connected to the internet (periodically), but I cannot figure out a way to connect the extender to internet access and get rid of the message in the app.  Have tried rebooting, restarting.  Wanted to delete the entire product and start again but wasn't sure that would help and couldn't figure out how.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Try connecting directly to the DLink wifi at the extender location with your phone.

Are you getting a stable connection, and good speeds?

Also, do you use MAC address controls in the DLink?
