No LED lights or connection on Ex6200, exender doesnt work

Hi,

After the firmware update, I tried to change the Basic fastlane to exclusive 2.4 Ghz. Since then the extender doesnt connect to the router which is provided by Verizon FIOS. The desktop connectd to the router modem via cable works well. but the extender EX6200 is not conneting at all. I tried resetting, but even that doesnt seem to work.

when I swith on the power, all lghts come up, led lights go to amber color, and then after some time...no lights t ll. I can see that the extender is lit up frm inside.

Please help.

    Hi APV,

     

    Please downgrade to previous firmware and test if it is working.

     

    Please connect an ethernet cord from your computer to your EX6100.

    Open a web browser and login to mywifiext.net

    Credentials are:

    user = admin

    password = password

     

    Navigate to "Maintenance" and manually upload a previous firmware version:

    http://downloadcenter.netgear.com/en/product/EX6200#searchResults

     

    The downloaded file is .zip format. Unzip it with a program like WinRAR then upload the chk file
