PC keeps shutting down
Since setting up the EX6100, the PC in my office repeatedly shuts down. I've not changed any power settings, and this does not happen with the 2 laptops we also have in the house.
I wouldn't think that the extender would have anything to do with this, but this has been the only change I've made in the past 2 days. Any ideas as to why this is happening?
I also read somewhere that the Netgear Genie does not support my Netgear router which is (a somewhat older model) WNR2000v2. Although, it appears that the Netgear Genie is working fine. One thing I do notice is that on the PC the Netgear Genie shows that it is not connected at times. And then it also shows that it's connected to the extender and to the router at the same time. Should it be this way?
Sorry for the silly questions, but I'm not the most techie person around. Thx

- lurzanNoviceI don't think setting up an Extender will have anything to do wireless your computer keeps on restarting. But still you can check and verify. Turn off your Extender and observe your PC if it's restarting or not. Do a clean boot of your PC and try that as well.
