PC will not connect to internet

My PC will not connect to the internet using the netgear+ext network, but my phone will, Sorry if this has been asked before, but I cannot find any solution

What router are you connecting to?&nbsp;Firmware on the extender?&nbsp;Did you set it up via wps or using the installation wizard? wps gets coded different between different manufacturers. In that case, the installation wizard many times works better.&nbsp;

The router is an Arris tr4400 supplied by spectrum, I connected it wirelessly using the wizard, I updated the firmware to the latest version, My pc see the network, and connects to it, but it doesn't connect to the internet. I have no idea what to do next, any help would be appreciated, Thanks

I went into settings the mac filter was already disabled, so that can't be the problem
