I have a issue with my internet and it's having a lot of bad ping. Such as the game Fortnite, it says that I'm far away from NAE Servers but I literally live in the State of Maryland. Which is in the East Coast. Any way to fix this here's a screenshot. And it's not the Game because it does this to my PS4 also and all the other Gaming things I have. Please, help me no one knows how to fix it. I also, did a ping testing for Google, and it was 162 MS. So this seemed as an internet/router issue please help, if so Thank you so much. No, I'm not hardwired, it's wireless so I'm 13 Meters away (approixmately) from the router. And I can't really connect to the router because near my router is the window and the couch so I don't have any space to play or anything. And can you explain the 3rd one sorry I don't really understand please, thanks.

So if you log into the device and click on the cable connection icon. It'll take you to the cable connection page. It shows the connection back to the isp to make sure its decent. I'll upload an example on here of what it looks like. yours will be a little different because mine isn't from a c3700. Other thoughts is the C3700 is a single band modem/router device. If you live in an area with quite a few wireless networks, single and devices struggle with gaming/streaming. Reason why is 2.4ghz is significantly slower and have much more interference from other networks. If you're a gamer and live in an area with quite a few wireless signals, an upgrade to dual band or hardwiring in your gaming device is recommended. You can hardwire in via an ethernet connection, using a powerline device, more even using a moca adapter.
