Powerline 1000 no Internet connection
Hi Guys. I have all the lights on both the adapter connected to the modem via ethernet cable and plugged directly into a power socket, plus the adapter that is used to send the wifi signal to the areas of my house needing the extra signal, however, when I connect to the wifi it says that there is "no internet connection".
I havent used this for about 6 months but due to Covid 19 am working from home again. It used to work perfectly well, but now getting this issue.
Please can someone help? I've reset it to factory settings multiple times and have tested the ethernet connection, plus have tried many different power sockets, all with the same result. I tried to contact the support line, but they have a number that can only be called from within the US, when I'm based in New Zealand

The plp1000 doesn't have wifi? are you sure that's your model number? maybe you have the plw1000?
Whatt are all the led's showing on the plw1000 with the wifi built in? go over each, color/blinking/solid
Also try setting them up in the same room first to get them working. powerline is sensitive to interference. maybe you added something to the home thats adding interference to the power system. Things like surger protectors, gfci outlets, arc fault circuits, high draw appliances, cell phone chargers, or even just electronics that are going bad can all add intererence and cause issues. Maybe in the 6 months since they were working, something was added or is going bad thats causing the issue

Thanks for the reply. All the LEDs are showing as solid green (or blue), not blinking. Which do I want, solid or blinking?
No appliances have been added, and yes, I've been trying to connect in the same room.
