Powerline PLW1000v2 not connecting to router

Hi there   I just got a new router and modem after they both crashed.  Now my powerline adapter won't connect to internet.  All the lights show that it is connected to the router (all green) but ...

    Hi Blanca

     

    Thank you for your advice.   As it turns out.  The service providers who came to install the new Router and Modem had a cable in one of the router's ports and then the other end of the cable in another..... unbelieveable!  Anyway, once I removed the cable it all worked.

Here's the reference link of how to reset the adapter : How to reset PLW1000 to factory settings?

 

This will return the Powerline adapter to its factory default settings.
