Hi dioguardinho,

Can you please confirm which router you are using?

Is this your first time installing the WN3000RP?
Can you also confirm if the WN3000RP is WN3000RPv1, v2, v3 ?

Please also make sure you are on the latest firmware for your router and range extender.

Hi Nhann, I used WN300RP with another router and It worked. Now I change router (Tecnhicolor TG788vn v2, this is link http://www.fastweb.it/myfastpage/assistenza/guide-fisso/configurazioni/modem-fastweb/technicolor_tg788vn/) and I have WN300RP v2.

  When you changed your router to the Technicolor TG788VN, did you also reset your Extender to factory default and complete the installation?
