region change EX7300 extender

Hello people!

I bought the EX7300 extender and its locked in North America.  The thing is that I´m planning to move to Europe and wanted to change its region.

I also have a router r8500 which I was able to change the region through telnetenable. 

The problem is that I´ve been trying to do it on the extender with no success. It seems that I can´t enable the telnet.

Does someone have any idea/clue of how to do this?

      In general, the regulatory area is limited and preset to the model/market variant. Some regulations don't allow devices to change it.

      The current firmware does not offer the "Regional Settings" in Settings -> Wireless?
