Repeater working on smart tv; however, no internet

I have a netgear router, comcast modem, urant wifi extender, running windows 10 on my desktop. The wifi reapeater is working on the roku smart TV; however, now I don't have internet on my desktop. Please help. Thank you

      Are you getting a yellow triangle on your connection in the bottom right corner or is it a red X also does the PC connect via wireless?
