Reset to factory settings not working
I have been trying all day to reset my router to factory settings, I don't know what the username and password is. We got it from a friend and when we set it up I just remember that my husband had help over the phone. I have tried resetting it several times by holding a pen in the hole on the back, unplugging it and holding a pen in, it restarts but still connects in the same name (which is still in the name our friend had it) and the admin/password doesn't work when I go into routerlogin.net. I'm very frustrated! I want to change the wifi name and also have a parental control on the router.

When you use the tip of a pen did you feel the reset switch as well as could hear it click? Make sure of that. Usually I use a straightened paper clip to push
that tiny reset switch. - Well i bought a router which someone is stealing my wifi, I cannot even reset my own router, I have the box but they have the password i guess.
