resetting ex6200
I am having trouble with model ex6200. The extender was working fine when I first started using it, but then I changed the original network name and password and now when I try resetting the extender, the extender does not reconnect to the router. Also, if I go to the Netgear genie, it either keeps on repeating or it says file not found.

Please see page 78 of 124 to perform a reset to factory settings: http://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/EX6200/EX6200_UM_09Jan2015.pdf
and setup the extender with the updated network password.
Also, check to see if your EX6200 is running the latest firmware (page 80).
