Resetting extender to new router

Can anyone help me?

 

I have had to upgrade my router (BT HUB4) and have reset the wireless extender to recognise and connect to the new wifi network. I have reset it but when I click on the extender's network to reset it to the new wifi network, a blank box comes up with no fields in it for me to change the settings.

 

Any clues anyone?

    I would make sure no pop up blockers are causing any issues or even try to use a different web browser.
