Since I can't tell that this is working, I see no difference, and I've gone to the website and can't find a person to call or talk to... I am seeing all types of questions about this product. I am not sure why I should keep it. Just bought it 3 days ago, so I have the receipt/box. Convince me why I should keep this.
So if I've connected to the extender on my tablet and computer, why isn't it making a difference. Is there a test I can conduct. Also, I couldn't connect to my laptop. It wouldn't take the connection.
I would like to talk to someone and not go through multiple emails.

What is it? Simply return to where you purchased it. Is it broken? IMO, NG customer service
won't give you a RMA for operational box. Many problems or issues can be caused by user(s)
who don't know what they are doing.
